Like No Other Presentation Tool.

The HoverCam T3 document camera started a technology revolution. The T3 was the first USB document camera ever. However, the T3 was not only the first. It is the best. As a USB camera, the T3 leverages the processing power of your computer so that it no longer needs the large optical parts found in traditional document cameras. This resulted in a never before seen compact form factor and portability. Without the need for expensive optical parts, it also meant that the HoverCam T3 is more affordable than traditional document cameras.

Save Desk Space

The T3’s extended arm which holds its 3 megapixel camera can be folded and telescoped down into the post of the document camera. Full fully compacted, it stands approximately one foot tall and fits nicely into a briefcase, backpack or laptop bag.

Since the HoverCam T3 document camera has a telescoping neck, as opposed to a goose-neck design, when lowering the camera, you do not need to reposition the item beneath it. With a goose-neck design, the lower the camera moves, the further away from the camera’s base it goes. With the HoverCam T3, there is no need to adjust the document under the camera when using its mechanical zoom.

Superb Image Quality.

You can expect superb image clarity from the HoverCam T3 when compared to cameras three times it cost. At 3 mega-pixels, it is superior quality to many of the higher end document cameras on the market.

Many other document cameras send your images out of focus every time there is movement under the camera. The focus ring allows for constant focus that does not need to be adjusted every time an object moves under the camera.

The HoverCam T3's patented digital SmoothZoom technology uses the processing power of your computer to zoom in and out in real time with the spin of the mouse wheel. Combined with the ability to click and drag the image as needed, the user has maximum versatility when presenting.

Neo3 Document Camera

Captures Audio and Video.
Uploads to Cloud.

The HoverCam T3 includes a built-in microphone. Along with the HD camera and HoverCam Flex software, this allows a presenter to record both audio and video. As a final step, the presenter can upload these recorded videos up to EverNote, DropBox or Picasa. Then these files could be shared with students to review later.

Built-In LED Lights.

Perhaps you are a teacher presenting a lesson to your class. With the overhead lights on, the students cannot clearly see the image from the projector but with the lights off, how will you be able to show what is under your document camera. The HoverCam T3 makes it easy by providing its own lighting. The LED lights do not require expensive bulbs that need replacement every few months. For the price of the bulb on many other document cameras, you could simply buy a T3.

Cutting Edge Software.

HoverCam Flex just may be the best software to come with a document camera. Whether you are recording a lesson you give to your class or dropping a scanned image into a PowerPoint presentation, HoverCam Flex makes it easy. Click here for full details on HoverCam Flex.

Anti-Theft Features.

Since the HoverCam is so portable, we have provided a method to prevent theft via the Kensington Security Slot. A Kensington Lock is an anti-theft system common to portable electronics such as laptops, computer monitors and video projectors. Locks are generally secured in place with a key or combination lock attached to a rubberized metal cable. The end of the cable has a small loop that allows the cable to be fixed around a permanent object, such as a heavy table or other similar equipment, thus securing it in place. However, when you need your HoverCam to be portable, you simply unlock it and you are good to go.

HoverCam T3 Includes: Document camera, 1.3 meter USB cable, positioning mat, and carrying pouch. Two year warranty with registration.
