Software Not Recognizing the HoverCam

If your HoverCamFlex software does not recognize the HoverCam. Take the following steps.

1. Open the hovercamflex application.
2. Click Archive
3. In the upper right hand corner is a icon that has a wrench and screwdriver.
Click that.
4. Click the update link.
After your application has been updated, go back to the wrench icon and click "About Us".

Update to the latest version HoverCamFlex version 3.01.006 by going to www.thehovercam.com and click the software link. Register your Hovercam which will not only allow you to download the latest software, but also extend your warranty.

Uninstall the old version and install the new version.

After the installation try your HoverCam again.
