Hovercam Flex software works on one user profile but not another user account.

This issue usually is indicative of a user not having enough permissions to run the program or the user profile is corrupted.

Steps to determine if there is an issue with the user account.

Make sure to kill all processes of "hovercam flex.exe" from the task manager. Please see Article #16 on how to end processes.

Once you have killed all "hovercam flex.exe" goto the HoverCam Flex icon and right-click on the icon and "Run as administrater"

Enter the administrator credentials and hit OK.

If the software starts then you have an issue with the user profile.

Resolution:
You can create a new user and see if the hovercam flex software will run in that as well to see if the user profile is corrupted.
